COLUMBIA, S.C. — Want a paid summer internship with a big name in the fishing business? You might get chosen if you sign up for the Earn Your Wings program with Fenwick Rods.

Fenwick will choose 20 top candidates to join the elite Fenwick Pro Team based on their ability to shoot photos and videos, academic performance, extracurricular activities and leadership, tournament/fishing participation, and characteristics that will qualify them to represent the Fenwick brand.
Those college anglers will receive $1,200 in product support, $600 in Fenwick rods, $600 in Pflueger reels, Spiderwire line and Sebile/Berkley bait and $200 in Fenwick and Pflueger apparel.
The 20 Fenwick Pro Team members will be announced Oct. 25. Then, all candidates vie for the summer internship based upon video and photo submissions and an interview. The winner of the summer internship will be announced in May 2015.
The paid summer internship will be based in Columbia, S.C., for an eight-week period. Housing will be included.
