If you’re going fishing during the Aug. 21 eclipse, we want to hear from you!
Many predict animal behavior to change during the eclipse, and we know the moon’s position can impact the bite.
Help us learn about how the bass bite is impacted during the solar eclipse by sharing your photos, observations and videos with us on social media. You can take a picture of the catches you get Monday, write to us about any odd behaviors or changes you observe, or take a photo of your fishing family by the lake with their eclipse viewing glasses.
Tag @bass_nation on Twitter and Instagram to share your photos, videos and comments about fishing during the eclipse. On Facebook, share your experience with us on our wall. We’ll gather our favorites and post them on our site and social accounts.
Make sure you are safe when recording your experience. Traffic jams are expected, and you should not stare directly in to the sun through your camera or with your naked eye. You can also use the eclipse calculator to see how visible the eclipse will be in your area.
We hope every one enjoys this unique experience, and we can’t wait to see what you catch!
