ETTRICK, Wisconsin – Lure Lock has entered into a multi-year partnership with two-time Toyota Bassmaster Angler of Year, Gerald Swindle. Swindle has been competing in B.A.S.S. events for more than 20 years, and will be using Lure Lock tackle boxes exclusively during the 2018 Bassmaster Elite Series.
“Gerald Swindle is one of the most respected anglers in the world,” said Jessica Kriesel, Lure Lock Marketing Coordinator. “He only endorses products he believes in, and only after countless hours of testing did he agree to partner with the Lure Lock brand. We are so excited to be working with such an iconic angler.”
Lure Lock launched its brand last November, and has quickly taken the fishing industry by storm with its proprietary gel designed to securely hold hooks, terminal tackle and lures even when turned upside down — keeping your gear protected and in place.
“Lure Lock is one of the hottest brands in the fishing industry,” Swindle said. “They are literally turning the tackle storage business upside down.”
G-Man said anglers of all skill levels spend a ton of time organizing their gear, only to have it tossed around and damaged in transit. “Lure Lock not only holds your gear in place, it protects your hooks, keeping them razor sharp. I’m not going to worry about losing a $100,000 fish with a dulled hook anymore.”
Lure Lock boxes come in three sizes LL1, LL2 and LL3 and are available in Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, Academy, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Tackle Warehouse and key independent sporting goods dealers at $15.99, $17.99 and $19.99. Lure Lock gel kits (for retro-fitting other boxes) range from $6.99 to $9.99, depending upon size.
