With two Elite Series events on back-to-back weeks at two of the best bass fishing lakes in the country, I thought it might be interesting to compare snapshots of each. This wasn’t intended to indicate that one lake is better than the other. It was done more in the interest of trivia than anything else.
After three days of comparisons, you can make a few of generalizations: 1) The two lakes have fished remarkably the same; 2) More 5-bass limits were caught at Grand Lake, but Kentucky Lake has produced more 7-pound bass; 3) Even the total number of 20-pound bags after three days is similar – 22 for Grand Lake, 20 for Kentucky Lake.
