RACINE, Wis. (Jan. 6, 2024) – Anglers have long trusted Minn Kota and Humminbird to elevate their time on the water, and this March, these passionate anglers will unite for the third annual Minn Kota and Humminbird Owners Tournament at Lake Eufaula, Alabama. Scheduled for March 28–30, 2025, with on-site registration on March 27 at Lakepoint State Park, this year’s big bass competition is set to build on the success of years past.
Online registration begins on January 6, 2025.
The 2024 Owners Tournament saw anglers take home over $180,000 in cash and prizes, with 50% of participants walking away with a payout or prize. This year, the stakes are even higher, with anglers competing for top honors that include a fully rigged 2025 Nitro Z20 XL, as well as hourly payouts, raffles, and more.
To kick off the event, the first 55 anglers to sign up will have the exclusive opportunity to tour the Humminbird manufacturing facility in Eufaula, Alabama. During this special tour, participants will meet the dedicated team behind the legendary brand and get a behind-the-scenes look at the assembly of the all-new MEGA Live 2 and XPLORE units, along with all the staple products in Humminbird’s lineup.
Event Details:
- March 27, 2025: Registration day (one angler must check in)
- March 28–30, 2025: Tournament fishing days (anglers can choose to compete one, two, or all three days)
- Eligibility: Open to amateur anglers* with at least one Minn Kota or Humminbird product; co-anglers are not required to own Minn Kota or Humminbird products
- Hourly weigh-ins: Seven per day, with top 10 catches winning cash and prizes
- Overall prizes: Top five overall finishers win cash and product prizes
- Grand prize: Fully rigged 2025 Nitro Z20 XL
- Entry fees: $275 for three days, $175 for two days, and $125 for one day (per angler)
- Early entry bonus: The first 250 anglers registering for two or three days online will receive a free Abu Garcia Revo® SX Reel
*Professional anglers or guides are not eligible to compete.
The tournament is open to any amateur* boat captain with at least one Minn Kota or Humminbird product installed on their vessel. Co-anglers without these products are also welcome to participate. This big bass tournament features three days of competition, with flexible participation: anglers can compete in one, two, or all three days for a chance to win hourly prizes, merchandise, and cash.
