Patrick’s favorite boat accessories

Check out Elite pro Kyle Patrick's favorite boat and truck accessories.

New York pro Kyle Patrick just wrapped up his rookie season on the Bassmaster Elite Series.
After winning a St. Croix Bassmaster Open last year and qualifying for the Elite Series, Patrick finished this season in 16th in Progressive Bassmaster Angler of the Year standings and seventh in Dakota Lithium Bassmaster Rookie of the Year.
His stellar year qualified him for his second consecutive Bass Pro Shops Bassmaster Classic.
Kyle wanted to show us some of his favorite boat and truck accessories that make his life easier.
DD26 Mean Stop Steering Locks
Quality is everything when it comes to equipment for the motor. Putting lots of miles on the road calls for having quality equipment to ensure a motor stays safe.
DD26 Motor Tote
On the same trend, being able to rely on your motor tote is a must.
YOLOtek Bolt-on Camera Mount
Nearly all Elite anglers run a GoPro during competition days. This mount stays out of the way and offers a solid film angle.
It bolts onto his graph mount.
Patrick keeps this one pointed at the livewells, and he runs another camera pointed towards the front. Check out all the action from his Elite tournaments on his YouTube channel.
Fish Obsessed 0 Degree transducer mount
Solid transducer mounts are a must, and this one does the trick. “It’s a 0 degree meaning it is directly in line with where my trolling motor points, there is no offset,” said Patrick.
“It comes with multiple blocks so you can stack them depending on what brand trolling motor you have to make it fit,” explained Patrick.
Kyle is really excited about this one.
Fin Gear Rod LockR
More and more guys are carrying rod lockers or coffins on their trucks to be able to hold more rods while on the road.
“I used to have rod tubes on my truck and these are way better,” said Patrick. “I can lock this box and fit way more rods in here.”
Patrick said he can fit hundreds of rods in here if he ever had the need to do so.
Decked Drawer System
Like many Elite Series Pros, Patrick keeps his truck loaded down with equipment and tackle. His Decked drawer system helps keep him organized.
He utilizes the left side for tools and equipment …
… and the right side for tackle.
Patrick also utilizes a custom board that houses all of his fuses making it easy to find solutions when problems arise.
In addition, Patrick favors the Run & Gun chargers from Powerhouse Lithium that charge his 16v and 36v batteries while he is running his outboard.
Pretty killer setup. Thanks for the tips, Kyle!
