What is it?
Zoom’s newest plastic bait that’s an upsized old favorite, the Magnum Ol’ Monster.
What does it do?
The original 10-inch Ol’ Monster set the standard for the big worm, and now this 12-incher is an even better option if you’re after bigger bass.
Why do I need it?
It’s true that elephants eat peanuts, but if you want a better shot at catching a wall-hanger, you’ll want something like this.
How do I use it?
Most big worms are dragged across the bottom where monsters lurk. This is the ideal Texas rig worm, but works well on a Carolina rig, too. If you want to get crazy, use its freakish tail as a giant swim jig trailer.
What sets it apart?
It’s a Zoom product, and Zoom doesn’t make much stuff that doesn’t work. But, if you’re looking for specifics, the Mag Ol’ Monster has a larger body to complement its longer length. Other than that, its’ the same standard Ol’ Monster you know and love.
How much?
A pack will cost you $4.69.
