WHAT SETS IT APART?
AFTCO made a windproof version of its widely popular Reaper Technical Sweatshirt. What sets it apart is the Stretch 3-Layer Ripstop Soft Shell Fabric. AFTCO fused its Hexatron honey-comb fleece liner with an AFTC0-designed stretch ripstop softshell material.
HOW DO I USE IT?
This unique jacket retains the same features as the sweatshirt hoodie in an even warmer version. AFTCO added a side zipper, so you can adjust it as the day warms up, also making it easier to put on and take off.

ANGLER’S INSIGHT:
This garment stays in my boat, always ready to tame the windchill for long runs. I layered up with a rainjacket over a fleece mid layer for wind and chill protection before the Reaper 3L came along. Now, the Reaper 3L is all I need, and AFTCO kept all the Reaper features I like, such as the integrated fleece face mask and neck warmer, and the shock cord adjustment for a snug fit. I also like the thumb loops that prevent chilly wind from bellowing out the sleeves when running at high speeds.
