How do I use it?
This 3-inch bait weighs 1/2 ounce and comes pre-rigged with a single premium 6/0 EWG hook. This needle point spring-screw hook keeps big fish buttoned up better than trebles. Available in 12 colors, the PT-7 comes two per pack with one bait rigged with rattle and hook and one unrigged with rattle only. Unrigged baits, replacement hooks and additional foam rattle inserts sold separately.

I’m certain of two things: If I can get a topwater walking bait under a dock, someone will bite it; however, if I try to send a treble hook lure under a dock, I will catch the dock. (If you can do this, good for you, I’m just being honest here. Don’t judge.) I see the DOA PT-Z as the great equalizer for this, and any scenario where dangling hardware becomes a liability. And in tidal fisheries, where bass target finger mullet and mud minnows along bank grass edges, hold on!
