What sets it apart?
Deuter Kid Comfort carriers are designed to easily adjust to whoever is carrying the child. Recently, they even launched a specific women’s fit edition. Their child carriers give you hands-free mobility while ensuring your child is safely attached to your back. Packed with a ton of features including a padded child headrest, zipper storage pockets, padded shoulder straps, and built-in water bladder, this carrier is comfortable for both you and your child.

How do I use it?
While these carriers were predominantly designed for trekking excursions, there are multiple scenarios where this carrier may come in handy. Zoo trips, concerts, farm fairs and fall festivals are just a few ideas. You’ll want to try on your carrier without your child to set the fit. Then adjust your fittings once your child is in the carrier. It’s recommended to fill the storage pockets and water bladder prior to putting your child in the carrier.

How much?
$250 – $350

Adventurtunity Family insight:
We are hikers, and we rarely shy away from long and/or difficult hikes. You could say we love a challenge! Once we had our son, we knew we were going to need superior gear to take Kade on all our hiking adventures. We started looking for kid carriers and the reviews for the Deuter Kid Comfort sold us, and for good reason! Kade started riding in the Kid Comfort just as he turned two and still does today on very long hikes at 4 years old. His carrier has seen a lot of miles, a variety of terrain and is still in great condition. We love how everything on the carrier pack is adjustable, so as Kade grows, we can adjust fit for the kid and the carrier, keeping us both comfortable while carrying him on long hikes. It’s definitely called Kid Comfort for a reason. It is comfortable to wear for the carrier and so comfortable that the carried can even fall asleep while hiking!
