WHAT IS IT?
Simms Latitude Hoody
WHAT SETS IT APART?
Taking into consideration the many scenarios in which we need to move unrestrained, Simms designed the Latitude Hoody with a nylon/spandex fabric that ensures comfort, mobility and durability. Amplifying that comfort focus, Simms added knit fabric on the underarms and integrated a breathable gaiter to offer enhanced sun protection. Additional functional features include passive vents on the front and back and thumb holes to keep sleeves in place. Color options: cinder, baltic amber and albacore.
HOW DO I USE IT?
Simms flexed its renowned apparel prowess with a well-designed hoody that’s ideal as a light-duty standalone, or an integral layer for colder days. Offering the new Latitude Hoody in men’s and women’s versions, Simms notched a coveted ICAST award for the Women’s Warm Weather Technical Apparel category. Not a surprise, as this new product checks a lot of boxes in terms of providing anglers with outerwear designed to address their demanding expectations.

ANGLER’S INSIGHT:
Continuing the angler-friendly features, Simms treats the Latitude Hoody with UPF 50 sun protection, HeiQ Fresh and Stain Away for freshness. The latter helps keep your hoody free of all the staining, soiling stuff that fishing throws your way, while the former employs sustainable odor-reducing formula. Basically, HeiQ Fresh comprises a group of silver-free odor control textile technologies made from bio-based or mineral-based ingredients, which combat smells on textiles by adsorbing VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds).
