Gleason with two fish, working on 30 pound bag
Darold Gleason only has two fish in the boat, but he’s whipping up the recipe for a 30- pound bag. Gleason has lead the Phoenix Boats Big Bass race for the last 20 minutes or so with a 7-6 he caught at 9:13. He just added a 6-5 to the livewell at 9:25 to take the lead on BassTrakk with 13 pounds, 11 ounces. These are the big bass that big dreams are made of.
Kyle Norsetter has two of the right ones as well, a 5-9 and a 5-5. Bryan New has three for 12, but two go for 10 with a 6-3 and a 4-1. Matt Robertson, Will Davis Jr and Brandon Palaniuk all have two for close to 10 pounds apiece as well. These are the caliber bites it takes to get to five fish for 25- to 30- pounds.
