Taku Ito put four quick keepers in the boat before 8:00 o’clock, including two 3-plus-pounders. He’s in the same area he’s been fishing all week. It looks like he’s using a wacky rig for most of it, and he’s using whatever that powdered scent is that he brings over from Japan.
He’s absolutely identifying them on his forward-facing sonar and picking them off. He is fishing off a point on the east side of the river down from Moreau.
Ito is literally a couple of casts away from Cody Huff, who has two small keepers so far.
