Brandon Palaniuk just put a 5- pounder in the boat and made his way well back up into the top 10.
“We’ve got 5 minutes left,” Palaniuk commented with excitement as he culled a 2-pounder with this good one just minutes before he had to run in.
Palaniuk is in great position, but certainly grinding here on Ontario a little more than his competition. He made the comment yesterday that it certainly wasn’t easy for him on Day 1. We’ve seen him “struggle” today to cull a couple small ones late in the day, albeit Palaniuk’s struggling is still getting him to around 25-pounds a day.
But it certainly isn’t coming easy for him.
