Palaniuk and the Tokyo rig

Something different. That’s what just paid off for Brandon Palaniuk. The standard finesse setup for summertime ledge fishing is a Carolina rig or a shaky head rig with a heavyweight jig and magnum-sized worm, both dragged slowly along the bottom.
