One of the rarest sights you’ll see was captured by B.A.S.S. Photog Shane Durance this morning- glass slick calm conditions out on the St Lawrence River. Foutz is fishing in the mouth of the St Lawrence, not quite out on Lake Ontario, but in an area that gets plenty windy enough most of the time. Today, it’s calm. And it’s relatively calm out on the big water as well. We could not have asked for better conditions here this week.
