Austin Felix just got in range and reported he has around 23 pounds. That is a huge weight given the conditions anglers were dealt today. With Felix having 23 pounds unofficially, that puts him around 37 pounds total, which puts him in the top spot.
A monster day for the Minnesota angler. Felix has been as high as 6th in Angler of the Year (after St. Johns River) and as low as 75th (after Lake Fork). He’s now inside the Classic cutline after todays incredible limit.
