As I reported earlier, John Cox reluctantly made the move outside his shallow water comfort zone in the St. Lawrence River and into Lake Ontario, where he is fishing the Canadian side.
Andy Crawford, who is shooting a gallery of him, reported the run took a solid hour at 40 mph, which is full throttle for Cox.
The move was worth it. Cox is culling. BassTrakk shows him in 27th place with 16 pounds, but he can now make up weight in the more fertile waters of the lake.
