Hunter Shryock has been tossing around a Berkley Choppo around shallow cover on Lake Murray. He has seen more than he has caught, but so far this morning he has four bass in the livewell.
“They are everywhere!” He exclaimed
Most of his bites have come on shallow points and he can see a bunch swimming around as he is working.
He has mixed in a wacky worm too, but the Choppo has gotten every bit most often. While he has made a couple short moves, Shryock has mostly been covering water on the trolling motor.
In the same bay is Jamie Hartman, who is offshore fishing, which goes to show how dynamic a fishery Lake Murray is.
BassTrakk is starting to light up on Day 2 and there are still plenty of big bass to be caught.
