Local favorite Justin Atkins just put a 3-pounder in the boat to scratch his way into the Top 10 currently.
Atkins has had a rough year. There were a lot of folks hoping to see him have a strong event here this week, and even more pressure on him to do so.
He’s putting together a solid push here on Day 3, with a bag full of 3- and 4- pounders for 16-0. He’ll need to make a few more culls to stay in the Top 10 and get to fish tomorrow.
