The fish just started biting. Davis has put his first fish in the boat. Looks to be 2-pounds plus.
As soon as he jerks the fish in, Brian Snowden, who fished nearby yesterday, jerked one in his boat that appeared to be close to 4-pounds.
They are about 150 yards apart. They wouldn't be that close, but a couple anglers moved close enough that Davis is playing defense on his left flank.
He circled a 100 yard section yesterday going back and forth over a couple key spots. He was at the other end when Rick Mortis shut down between Davis and Snowden.
Davis headed that way on his trolling motor to cut him off and that's when the catching commenced.
