Rojas has added his second fish. He now has 3-pounds total and is inching closer to catching Hite, who has 10 ounces more with his two fish.
We are seeing some changes in Rojas’ approach. The last two days, he would have already had to re-tie a few times.
The bottom in this area is real sticky with big rocks and crevices. Rojas may have made some adjustments to his tackle. But he’s certainly not making long casts. It appears he’s shortened them up a bit and he’s utilizing his time more affectively.
That could pay off big by the end of a short day.
