We just pulled up on KVD and he has a small spectator gallery of about a half dozen boats. He attracts those kind of things even when he's struggling, but today they are getting a show.
James Overstreet and Dave Mercer are here as well and they just watched him boat a 7- and 4-pounder.
The later culled what Overstreet said looked like a strong 3. Just doing the math that would put him well into the 20-plus neighborhood.
We sent Overstreet on his way so it won't be long before we see those catches from his gallery. Be sure and check. Meanwhile we are going to sit on him for a spell.
While typing that he catches a long and wide one. Unfortunately it has whiskers and the blue catfish went back in the drink.
