David Mullins started on a spot that he and Jesse Wiggins shared early yesterday, and where both caught some good ones. Mullins had it to himself this morning, but didn’t land a keeper. Since then, he’s been on the move. He didn’t land his first keeper until about 9 a.m., and it was a 3 1/2-pounder, according to photographer Seigo Saito, who is following Mullins today.
