Cherry said marinas could play a role in this event.
“Bass are utilizing that shade,” he said. “ They’re just cruising that shade looking for bait.”
The great thing about marinas is they keep fish that are roaming sort of hemmed in to a general area.
“Those fish can run up shallow, and then they can come right back out to deeper water,” Cherry said.
That means an angler can work a marina thoroughly and eventually put a bait in front of a feeding bass.
