Davis culling

Davis just culled for the first time. Not a sizeable cull but one I'm sure will put him over 13.

He's chunking and winding now and expanding his reach a bit from the small area he focused on earlier. A big reason for that is almost all the other boats have left.

We are getting close to the time he left yesterday and went to his second spot. He weighed in one of his 5 pounders from there yesterday.

As bloggers we often talk about how thorough these guys are, especially when we don't have anything else to blog about. But Davis defies all of that.

He is very thorough. And I caught myself several times wanting to ask, especially after a long dry spell, "when do you decide to leave?"

The average guy would have been gone long ago. As most of the other pros have done. And then he weeds out a culling fish. And eventually starts scratching his way to the top.
