All 28 members on the current team are on fishing scholarships. The school is in the process of renovating a massive on-campus, brick-style boat storage facility, complete with a “Bass Lounge” clubhouse for team members to utilize in between classes (it will be completed before the 2025-26 season). The team was ranked in the Top 25 for the first time in program history this past year by the ACA Collegiate Program, finishing 23rd in the final rankings. Also, the team finished second in the Team of the Year standings for the Bassmaster College Series this past season and qualified two anglers for the Bassmaster College Classic Bracket by winning the Lunkers Division of the Bassmaster College Series.
