Henderson, N.C. — The North Carolina B.A.S.S. Nation continued to show its support for youth programs by hosting its annual benefit bass tournament April 15 at Kerr Lake.
The event drew 66 teams and raised $14,290 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of North Central North Carolina (BGCNCNC). The annual fishing tournament is the primary fundraiser for the BGCNCNC with the money raised from the event supporting club programs. The North Carolina Nation has held the tournament since its inception nine years ago.
