
Costa’s Tuna Alley sunglasses won Best of Show in the Eyewear category at ICAST, the world’s largest sportfishing trade show. Victory is one of four new styles in the Vicious Vision lineup. The Xperio UV polarized lenses have a multilayer surface treatment that provides glare elimination, polarization and scratch resistance. They also resist dirt, smudges, oil and water. The Victory is good for small to medium head sizes. Six lens colors are available.

Your reputation doesn’t have to be spotless to sport the Saint, one of Wiley X’s newest frames. They’re polarized and come with all the protection you’ve come to expect from Wiley X.

Miss Brit is a ladies sunglass with a medium fit. It offers 100 percent polarization and UV protection. The stylish frames come in four colors: tortoise, ocean, coral and squall. Wearers can choose among five lens colors in glass or plastic. You’ll pay about $169 for these sunglasses.

The San Carlos is a stylish addition to the Flying Fisherman Action Angler collection. It’s a medium-fit frame that is lightweight and comfortable. It comes in four frame and lens color options. It retails for $21.95 to $29.95.

Venom is a modern sunglass with periphery protection. It features Xperio UV polarized lenses, which are made with a multilayer surface treatment that cuts glare. The frame comes in black, black/silver and tortoise.

Tower by Costa Del Mar has a frame built of Monel, a super tough, corrosion-resistant alloy material. It comes in three frame colors â gunmetal, gold and palladium â and four lens colors. It costs $199. Tower protects eyes from UV rays and is fully polarized.

Spectrum sunglasses float, so you don’t have to freak out if they go overboard. Plus, the hydrophobic outer coating sheds water and reduces salt residue. The KC sunglass is a limited-edition frame that was specially designed for country music star Kenny Chesney. It comes in palladium or a custom copper color with Chesney’s signature and is fitted with a dark amber lens. Even better? Each pair comes with a Kenny Chesney Kit, which includes a Kenny Chesney visor, bottle opener and lens cleaning cloth. While it lasts, it costs $179.

Gill’s Tactic shades are part of the company’s floating sunglasses collection. They come with 100 percent UV protection and polarized lenses. Tactic comes in matte black or silver and costs $89.95.

Typhoon is expanding its line of eyewear for female anglers. The Moriah and the Coral are new offerings for the ladies. Each comes in tortoise and black. Typhoon sunglasses come with a lifetime warranty, and the lenses are polarized and offer UV protection.

Berkley Apache is a sport-style semi-rimless sunglass. It has anti-slip temple tips and nose pads. The lenses are polarized and scratch resistant, and they come with Berkley’s Revo mirror coating.

Inlet by Costa Del Mar has a snug, medium fit. The frame is made of durable co-injected nylon. Frame options go from the funky â pomegranate fade and coral â to the traditional black or tortoise. Several lens options and colors are available. The retail price is $169.

Flying Fisherman has added mirrored lenses to its Boca Grande line of sunglasses. Blue and green mirror are the two mirrored options for the sunglass. Prices for Boca Grande are $139.95 for the original version and $149.95 for the new mirrored version.

Vicious describes the Vengeance model as having “aggressive styling with an attitude.” It’s best suited for medium to large head sizes. The lenses resist smudges and water, and they eliminate glare. Frames come in black, tortoise and white.

Costa Del Mar is offering a limited re-release of the Grand Catalina, a popular vintage model. It has a comfortable large fit and is made with a stainless steel integral hinge. Cut the side glare from your peripheral vision with Berkley’s Frying Pan sunglasses. The lenses are polarized and scratch resistant. Retail price for all of Berkley’s sunglasses is $25 to $45.

Velocity is a sleek sunglass with Vicious’ special Xperio UV polarized lenses. The wrap frame protects eyes from side light, and it has comfort strips at the temples and on the nose pads. Velocity comes in black, brown and white.

Flying Fisherman’s Breeze is a midsize sunglass that has padding designed to make the glasses fit snugly. Breeze comes in two frame colors and two lens colors. The lenses are polarized, hard coated and scratch resistant. It retails for $21.95.

Berkley Thunder protects eyes from the sun and makes the wearer look smooth. Thunder comes with Revo mirror coating on the lenses, which are polarized and scratch resistant.

The Morocco has an extra tough frame that’s also fashionable. The Morocco comes in a striking crystal color or a matte black. Four lens colors are available. It retails for $69.95 to $79.95.

Straits is a semi-rimless sunglass made to fit comfortably on extra-large faces. The durable nylon frame comes in white, silver or black matte, and the lenses come in silver mirror and gray. Expect to pay about $189 for Straits.

Berkley Zephyr has a sleek performance wrap frame that fits comfortably on the face. Included among the frame choices is a camo model. Lenses feature Revo mirror coating, and they’re scratch resistant, too.

The Gaffer is a youth style that is new to Flying Fisherman’s Action Angler collection. Although the sunglass is made to protect children’s eyes, it’s designed to look like grown-ups’ glasses rather than kids’ styles. The frame is a shiny black with amber lenses. Gaffer costs $14.95.
